GYTS-12F introduction

GYTS-12F fiber optic cable is designed for outdoor use, Loose Tube Fiber with a unique structure that sheathes single-mode or multi-mode fibers in a high-modulus plastic waterproof compound. The cable has a metal-reinforced core, and the loose tube is twisted around it to form a compact and circular core. The gaps in the core are filled with water-blocking compounds, fiber optic cable loose tube and the steel-plastic composite tape is longitudinally wrapped and then extruded with a polyethylene sheath. The cable consists of 12 fibers inside, with 4 fillers stranding together, and a jelly compound filled into the loose tube.

GYTS-12F cable features precise control of excess fiber length, ensuring good tensile and temperature performance. The PBT loose tube material has hydrolysis resistance, and special grease is used to protect the optical fiber. The steel-polyethylene sheath provides excellent compressive performance, while the smooth outer sheath reduces friction during installation. The PE sheath also offers good radiation resistance. To ensure waterproof performance, the loose tube is filled with waterproof compounds, and the core is fully filled with a steel-plastic composite with a moisture-proof layer.

Our GYTS-12F cable is suitable for a range of applications, including long distance and local area network (LAN) communication. It is also suitable for aerial and conduit/duct applications.
